TWO-DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME UNDER RAMP SCHEME BEGINS
Kakching, the 25th September, 2026 (DIO-IPR): Training programme on “MN 5.3 Brand Manipur: Training on Branding & Packaging” under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) initiative was held today at the Representatives of Lois (ROL) Conference Hall, Kakching Chumnang in Kakching District.
Around 30 entrepreneurs participated in the two-day training programme which is being organised by the District Industries Centre (DIC), Kakching in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), Kolkata. The programme focuses on strengthening participants’ understanding of branding and packaging practices, the training programme will conclude tomorrow.
Dr Amit Singla, Joint Director and Head of IIP Kolkata; Oinam Deben Singh, General Manager, DIC Thoubal; Dr Nilay Kanti Pramanik, Deputy Director, IIP Kolkata; Gouri Shankar Behera of Grant Thornton; Jiban Khundrakpam, Branding Consultant of Manipro Branding Solutions, among others attended the event.
