Kangpokpi, the 9th August, 2023 (DIO):The District Level Officers (DLOs) meeting was held today at DC Conference Hall, Kangpokpiwith the Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi,Shri Mahesh Chaudhari, IAS, in the chair.The meetingmainly discussed regarding the celebration of the 77th Independence Day, 2023.
Deputy Commissioner informed the DLOs that the Independence Day 2023 celebration function will be held at theDC Complex, Kangpokpi Headquarters. He also assigned duties and responsibilities to the various departments regarding the function.
He also informed the officers/representatives of various departments that flags will be distributed in view of the Har Ghar Tirangawhich will be celebrated under theAzadi KaAmrit Mahotsav. The Indian tricolour will be hoisted at various government department offices, schools and other institutions in the district from 13 - 15August, he informed.(DIO)
